Soupçons autour de Norbert Dentressangle : "L'emploi de chauffeurs routiers low cost ? Une pratique courante !"

Le groupe de transport Norbert Dentressangle, qui a subi mercredi des perquisitions dans quatre sites dans le cadre d'une enquête vraisemblablement liée à du travail dissimulé, se défend.

Dans une mise au point, elle explique qu'elle respecte scrupuleusement les lois nationales.

L'entreprise est soupçonnée d'avoir fait travailler des chauffeurs routiers venus des pays de l'Est (Pologne et Roumanie, notamment), qu'elle paie donc moins cher que leurs collègues français.

"Une pratique courante", concède un syndicaliste invité jeudi dans "RTL Midi".

Quatre site du groupe Norbert Dentressangle ont été le théâtre de perquisitions mercredi : Sevrey (Saône-et-Loire), de Chambéry (Savoie), Saint-Rambert-d'Albon (Drôme) et Semécourt (Moselle).

Une information confirmée par la direction, qui compte 33.000 salariés dans le monde, dont 15.000 en France.

Pour une personne morale, l'amende encourue en cas de travail dissimulé peut se monter à 225.000 euros.

Une nouvelle formation s'ouvre en Vendée, pour pallier la pénurie de conducteurs. Il faut en recruter 500 par an.

Attention, pénurie de chauffeurs routiers. D'ici à 2014, les Pays de la Loire devraient enregistrer 3 500 départs à la retraite. Rien qu'en Vendée, il faut recruter 500 conducteurs routiers par an. Pour pallier à cette carence, une nouvelle formation en alternance sera lancée au printemps.

bonjour a tous

tout d'abord je me presente je m'appelle Marie j'ai 39 ans passionnée de camion depuis l'age de 14 ans et je voulais en faire mon metier seulement quand on a 14 ans

et qu'on dit a c'est parent je veux etre routier ben on vous prend pas au serieux et puis ben vous continuez votre chemin ensuite un bout de vie passe mais voila le virus de la route la passion du camion est toujours la.
Alors en juillet 2006 vous decidez de soulever ciel et terre pour obtenir une formation pour passer les permis C/EC et bien sur la FIMO je prend ce projet a bout de bras on me ferme des portes je donne des coups de pieds dedans pour qu'elle s'ouvrent apres des mois de combat j'obtiens la formation qui debute decembre 2007 par le code ben vi fallait que je repasse le code tout se passe tres bien je l'obtiens du 1er coup et sa c'est fait ensuite je rentre en formation pour le permis C en janvier 2008 la 3 semaines de formation mais dans des conditions que je vous raconte meme pas!!
Un jour pas de camion pour ce ci un autre jour pas de camion pour cela carrement un jour pas de formateur toute une apres-midi dans une salle avec les autres eleves a faire du social ou refaire le monde enfin bref fin de formation examen 15 jours apres la fin de formation c'est beaucoup trop long surtout que pendant 3 semaines cest du bourrage de crane et sa mene a rien du tout echec a l'examen on me represente 3 mois et demi apres sans avoir touché le camion pendant tout ce temps juste une apres midi avec un autre groupe et la de nouveau echec a l'examen alors si j'etais la seule mais voila je suis pas la seule dans le cas il ya eu pleins d 'echec au examen exemple: 7 presentation au plateau 6 echecs ou encore 5 presentation au plateau 4 echecs et la conduite pareille cest la meme chose.
Pour ma part ils m'ont fait perdre 6 mois a l'heure actuelle je devrai roulé car j'avais obtenu une promesse d'embauche avec les transport norbert dentressangle ben la promesse a la poubelle
le centre de formation s'appelle Promotrans il se situe a Donzere dans la Drome 26 !
ils ont empoché le fric vous parles de rentabilité mais ne sont pas capable d'accomplir leur contrat et ils ont rien a foutre de votre sort!!
ils sont meme pas capable de vous faire obtenir un permis mise a part le permis brouette lollll et encore j'en doute!!!!

Voila a tout les futurs routier qui sont en quete de formation et qui veulent passer leur permis soyez prudent opté pour les auto-ecole eux sont plus capable de vous faire passer les permis vous avez le temps il vous envoi pas au casse pipe vous prepares correctement a l'examen sinon en centre de formation vous avez l'AFT.IFTIM tres bon centre de formation .
Sinon quelques renseignement si vous voulez passer vos permis par le biais de l'ANPE et Assedic il vous faut une promesse d'embauche une reunion d'information des test de competences qui sont faciles voila pour mon histoire.

J'ai l'intention de repasser mes permis en 2009 par quel biais je sais pas mais c'est toujours mon projet!

Bonjour,

je m appelle priscillia je suis nouvelle sur ce site. je travaille dans une societe petroliere mais je suis tres interessee par le transport, en particulier le transport maritime. Quelqu'un peu t il me dire quelles ont ete les consequences de la crise financiere sur le transport maritime? Je suppose que les armateur ont du adopter des strategies pour pallier a cette crise. Si quelqu'un a des infos je suis preneuse.
